To renew your e-mail password you have to send a request to info@sigmanet.lv, please, do not forget to specify the e-mail address for which you want to renew the password.
Request cannot be sent from the address for which the password has to be renewed. Only requests from e-mail addresses registrated in contract or authorized persons are accepted.

Problems with sending e-mails
If problems with outgoing mail occurred while using http://online.sigmanet.lv, please send an e-mail to info@sigmanet.lv, and specify the intended receiver and time when the e-mail was sent.
If you use any e-mail client application for sending e-mails:
1)Usually e-mail sending is provided by the Internet provider, so first you should check which outgoing (SMTP) server you are using. If it is not mail.sigmanet.lv or mail.latnet.lv, you have to contact your Internet provider.
2) If you cannot solve the problem with your Internet provider, you can change SMTP server to mail.sigmanet.lv in your e-mail client, specifying that authentication has to be used. Click HERE for the instruction..
3) If problem persists, send an email to info@sigmanet.lv, specifying the intended receiver and time when e-mail was sent.
Problems with receiving e-mails
1 ) Please make sure that you have not accidentally included the sender in blacklist (list of addresses from which you do not want to receive e-mails). If sender is included in blacklist, but you want to receive e-mails from him, simply remove him from blacklist.
2) If sender is not included in the blacklist and you do not receive e-mails from the particular sender, please send an e-mail with detailed information (when the e-mail was sent, from which e-mail address, to which e-mail address it was sent) about the problem to info@sigmanet.lv.
3 ) If neither you nor your colleagues, who have e-mail addresses with the same domain name, receive e-mails, the status of the domain name has to be checked. To check it, call us at (+371) 67211241 or write an e-mail to info@sigmanet.lv.
