Which firewall ports are open?

By default all firewall ports for the IP addresses of client’s servers are closed due to security reasons. To open ports or stop using firewall services, please contact our Data Centre trough the e-mail dc@sigmanet.lv.

Is it possible to receive additional IP address?

To discuss the possibility of receiving additional IP address(es), write to dc@sigmanet.lv.

Will I be able to access my server during holidays?

To access your server at any time, you have to receive a pass, issued by the Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science (IMCS), University of Latvia. To receive the pass, client has to send a name, surname and digital photo of the authorised person to e-mail info@sigmanet.lv.

Attention! Dear customers, please keep in mind that access to the IMCS, University of Latvia premises outside the working hours of SigmaNet will not be possible without a pass.
